Recurring home care

The same careful routine every visit: kitchens and bathrooms reset, floors and surfaces cared for, beds made and linens refreshed. We learn what matters most in your home and keep it that way, so you never have to ask twice.

The first visit

Your first visit is a thorough reset, so every visit after it is maintenance rather than catch-up. It takes longer than a regular clean and includes the inside of your oven. Larger homes are scheduled across two visits rather than rushed into one.

Small business and office

A polished space tells your clients how you work before you say a word. We clean around your hours, keep the front of house immaculate, and handle the details that get noticed: glass, entries, restrooms and the surfaces people touch.

Vacation rental turnover

Turnovers are quoted as a flat rate per property, so you know your cost per stay. We reset the space, refresh the linens, restock what you supply, and tell you what we found, so nothing reaches a guest as a surprise.

Move-in and move-out

Whether you are handing a home over or taking one on, a move clean is its own project. We work through an empty house top to bottom, including inside cabinets and appliances. Quoted separately after a walkthrough.

Thoughtful additions

Some things are not needed every visit. Add them when you want them, and we will fold them into your schedule. Each one is priced and agreed with you before we do it.

  • Interior windows, tracks and detailed blinds
  • Pantry, closet and drawer organization
  • Plant care and supply restocking
  • Light carpet and upholstery maintenance

Pricing

Thoughtfully priced for the care involved

Every home is different, so every Timber & Linen service begins with a complimentary walkthrough. We learn your space, your priorities and your schedule, then provide a personalized quote before any work begins.

Your quote is a flat rate, good for 60 days. Anything beyond it is priced and agreed with you before we do it.

Products and scent

Plant-based, never a fake smell

Your home, your preferences. We’re happy to use your favorite products, or bring our own plant-based kit.

Clean shouldn’t smell like chemicals. We leave your home smelling like fresh air.

For heavy buildup such as hard water, oven grime or toilet rings, we may use a stronger targeted product, only where it is needed.

What we don’t do

For safety and insurance reasons, a few things are outside our work. If we find one during a visit, we will tell you so you can call the right professional.

  • Water extraction, flood or disaster cleanup, and mold remediation
  • Vents, ducts, range hood filters, furnace filters and dryer vents
  • Exterior windows, above-ground surfaces, roofs, gutters and power washing
  • Ladders taller than a two-step stool, or moving anything over about 25 pounds
  • Repairs, installation, painting, handyman work and construction debris
  • Biohazards, sharps and hazardous waste
  • Litter boxes, vehicle cleaning, pet grooming, landscaping and snow removal
